"After struggling with various academic and mental health pressures, I enrolled in the Alta-1 Program. Since coming to the school my level of hope and gratitude for life as a whole has radically changed. I am so grateful for the support of the amazing community and now have the education I needed to move forward with hope for the future."

"Life, before I came to Alta-1 at school, was not good. I was getting suspended, and I would always argue with the teachers, and I felt like no one at the schools I went to really cared about me and my education. My mum began looking for an alternative school to go to online and she came across Alta-1. As a result of joining the college, I found the motivation to get up and get ready every day. For the first time in a long time, I saw myself graduating. I don’t think I would be where I am today without what Alta-1 has given me – they’ve given me the tools to reach my goals. Not a day goes by without me coming out of the classroom a better person than I was the day before."
